AsianFin--Efforts will be made to collaborate with relevant departments to support some large and medium-sized cities in carrying out underground pipe network renovation, Wang Dongwei, Vice Minister of Finance told a press conference on Monday.

China’s Ministry of Finance will coordinate the effective use of policy tools such as issuing national bonds, local government special bonds, and central budget investments to promote key areas and major project construction, he added.
